The ALPEAN® group training sessions are conducted by sports physiotherapists or experienced trainers. During regular visits we guarantee an individual increase in performance as well as a prevention of overloading of your leisure activities.

All-year-round groups

To maintain flexibility, muscle strength and coordinative abilities.

These groups take place throughout the year and are classified into different age / ability groups.

ALPEAN® Performance

Initially this training has been started for freeriders as winter preparation. Meanwhile the training take place all-year-round, but separated into different phases of development:

- Construction for winter sports (Oct - Dec)
- Performance complex (Jan - Mar)
- Construction Mountainbike (Apr - Jun)
- Performance complex (Jul - Sep)

The training are as well suitable for CrossFit athletes, as the same training approaches and exercises are used.
